About the role * Achieve overall business goals and objectives in sales and new business development, as determined by budgeted sales targets * Ensure Accurate and Timely Sales Administration Processes * Protect and enhance customer and other external relationships which are critical to the success of the organization * Understanding the customer's objectives, buying criteria and decision-making processes * Maintaining call rates to assure contact with assigned customers and other key contacts * Ensure that customers have a smooth and harmonious experience of the sales process delivered by Marley About you * Understanding of general economic, market and business trends * 3-5 years experience * Strong motivational and persuasive skills, ability to negotiate and close the sale. * Strong planning and administration attention to detail.
