About the Role The role of Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving net new pipeline, supporting deal acceleration, driving cross-sell and upsell programs and showcasing ongoing customer success. The ideal candidate will bring demonstrated success as a senior marketing manager.This role will combine strategic planning with hands-on program creation and is a perfect opportunity for a talented, experienced marketing professional who is looking to grow. About You Key responsibilities will include collaboration with global teams to weave together multiple marketing disciplines that speak to our prospects needs, are brand consistent, and drive qualified leads through the pipeline. Other specific responsibilities include: The development and implementation of a demand generation programs for New ZealandIntegrated inbound and outbound programs and eventsDevelopment and monitoring of project plans and schedulesCoordination with Sales and Marketing leadership to ensure alignment to current pipeline needsCoordination of various external and internal teams working on the campaigns & eventsWorking with the inside sales team on targeted campaigns and effective follow upWorking knowledge of various marketing systems including Salesforce.com, Marketo, and Tableau is preferred.Monitoring and communication of progress toward quarterly and yearly goals, and making adjustments where needed to stay on target to meet company goalsCommunication of key campaigns and assets to internal constituents including product marketing, sales teams, and 3rd parties Position Qualifications Business Qualifications:At least 7-10 years B2B Marketing Enterprise Software experience preferred in the New Zealand marketBachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field Other qualifications:Attention to detailExperience in building solid peer relationships in order to influence key stakeholdersProven Executive Stakeholder engagementExceptional written and verbal communications skillsMust be hands on, enthusiastic, and a well-organized self-starter able to use initiative and adapt to changeStrong organization and communication skillsExperience working within a SaaS company is highly desirableExperience working in a pan-APJ role is highly desirable Our Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we're combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
