Flexible hours, hybrid working optionsPart-time (15-20 hours per week)High-growth, global organisation with opportunities for development We are seeking a driven individual to join our team at Powershield Ltd as a Management Accountant on a 12-month fixed term for 15 -20 hours per week. This role is designed to support the CFO during a period of system and process improvement. Due to the growth of the company, this could turn into a permanent position. We can work around your lifestyle and schedule - offering flexible hours and hybrid working arrangements. It is preferable that the candidate be based in the office for the first 1-2 months for training purposes, however then remote work for up to 2 days per week is available. We also offer a competitive salary and plenty of learning and development opportunities.Key responsibilities:Management Accounting: Conducting various management accounting tasks to support decision-making processes.Assist CFO in presenting monthly resultsEnsure accuracy and integrity in monthly balance sheet reconciliationsBudget Modelling and Forecasting: Developing and maintaining budget models and forecasts to aid financial planning and control.Business Analysis: Analyzing financial data to provide insights and recommendations for improving business performance. Key skills & attributes: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenA high level of accuracyExcellent time management and multi-tasking skillsStrong Excel skills are requiredPrevious industry experience is advantageous.Familiarity with MYOB Advance and Power BI is advantageous. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is collaborative and team-focused, with a willingness to take initiative, be inquisitive, able to read numbers and recognise when things do not look correct.
