Aera is a revolutionary savings platform designed to halve the time it takes to save for a first home. We are a startup on a mission to turn first home savers into first home buyers in half the time, with half the deposit. We're on the hunt for a dynamic team member to expand our digital experience. You will help design a groundbreaking gamified learning and goal setting experience for Kiwis on the pathway to their first home as well as create digital marketing and brand assets. Youll play a critical part in creating something unlike anything that exists in the world today. You need to Have passion and awesome UI/UX web design and digital content creation skills - not necessarily a lot of experience. Love hacking psychology to drive experience design, which help users achieve rewards and milestones Love learning from the most engaging games, learning and loyalty apps to put ideas into practice, bringing things to life with spark and dynamism Be skilled at rapid UI prototyping to design and build graphic user interface elements and experiences on the master site and inside our mobile app Be fascinated and passionate about the potential of AI tools for content and asset creation Have a ton of interesting ideas on how to make user experiences and learning more effective, motivating and fun. You love spending time researching around the world for examples of incredible case studies and inspiration. But when it comes to getting things done you work quickly, rapidly prototyping, testing and iterating steadily towards perfection. The role Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with the team and customers, illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps Create awesome original graphic designs and brand elements to support CX and marketing Constantly learning/iterating in response to opportunities, problems, bugs and user feedback Seek out inspired ideas and make them happen Mandatories: - Figma, Webflow, being really competent with no code tools, basic HTML, CSS, Bonus: Basic motion graphics, animation and familiarity with emerging Ai tools for video and imagery and basic front end Javascript is ideal This role is based in Auckland and is a flexible office based culture. You must be able to work in an office as this role is not remote or hybrid.
