We seek the experience and ability of a Business Analyst to join a project management office working on the implementation of a large, enterprise level software system. Skills and experience sought include: Business Process Analysis: Ability to analyse current business processes , identify gaps and inefficiencies, and design optimised processes aligned with ERP capabilities. Requirements Gathering : Proficiency in eliciting, documenting, and prioritising functional and non-functional requirements ERP System Knowledge: Understanding of ERP systems, their modules (like Asset Management, Customer Relationship Management, Financials, Human Resources, Mobile Applications, Payroll, Rates and Regulatory), and how they integrate with existing systems. People Skills: Stakeholder Management: Effective communication with stakeholders across various levels (executive, department heads, end-users) to understand needs, manage expectations, and secure buy-in. Collaboration and Teamwork: Work collaboratively with project managers , technical teams, and end-users to ensure ERP implementation aligns with organizational goals. Problem-solving and Decision-making: Capability to identify issues, analyse options , and make informed decisions during ERP implementation phases. Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements, timelines, and priorities inherent in ERP implementation projects. Negotiation and Influence: Navigate differing viewpoints and negotiate consensus among stakeholders to drive ERP project success.
