About the role: Heat Treating Production Operators play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of our heat-treating processes. They are responsible for operating equipment efficiently, maintaining quality standards, and maximizing productivity while adhering to safety protocols. The successful candidate will work closely with various teams, including Heat Treating, Machine Shop, Quality/Technical, and Engineering, to achieve our production goals. Key Responsibilities: Operate heat-treating equipment safely and efficiently.Conduct process inspections to ensure compliance with job instructions.Bead and Aluminum Oxide metal cleaningMaintain accurate production documentation and records.Collaborate with production teams to prioritize work orders and meet delivery deadlines.Perform minor maintenance tasks under supervision.Mentor and train other staff members.Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting delivery targets and addressing concerns promptly.Adhere to quality standards and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.Maximize productivity and optimize machine utilization.Maintain a safe work environment and comply with health and safety regulations. About you: Previous experience in manufacturing environments, preferably heavy industry.Ability to follow instructions and work to schedules/work orders.Forklift license preferred but not necessary.Excellent written and verbal English skills, with good numeracy skills.Basic computer skills, including familiarity with using ERP systems Apply now!
