Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Provide expert business advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients, focusing on financial planning, strategy, and performance improvement. Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and management reports. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support business decision-making and strategic planning. Assist clients with tax planning, compliance, and optimization, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact. Collaborate with senior accountants and partners on complex client engagements and projects. Implement and support accounting software and systems tailored to client needs. Prepare business plans, forecasts, and performance analyses for clients. Stay updated with the latest accounting standards, tax laws, and industry trends to provide informed advice. Qualifications: CA or CPA qualification (or working towards). 2-3 years of experience in a business advisory or public practice accounting role. Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial analysis. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively. High attention to detail and accuracy.
