For Bendon to be successful and to reach our goals, we are hiring a Sales Co-Ordinator to join our team. This role exists to ensure collaborative assistance in the account management of Bendon's Wholesale Accounts through updating and maintaining sales reports and tracking, monitoring order processing and providing support to the Wholesale team to achieve growth across all accounts Bendon Benefits: Flexibility in your working week, with Tuesdays and Thursdays as office wide work from home days. Provide administrative support to the wholesale team Maintaining & sharing stock on hand reports with Customers Work with our Internal planning team and customers on delivery schedules and future stock opportunities Sample management, and Image and Online Content Management Deliver weekly and monthly reporting to provide sales & stock insight to customers and the greater business. End to End order management - including placing orders in Bendons ERP system, maintaining customer buy plans & delivery tracking. This is a critical role for our team, so we are looking for: Experience and commitment to operational excellence. High attention to detail. Excellent computer and MS Office skills with Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills A can-do positive attitude and can work accurately and at pace. At least two years' experience in a business office environment.
