About the role Based at our Hamilton branch, you will assist with all aspects of the delivery function from picking customer orders from the warehouse shelves and loading the delivery truck, to delivering goods to our customer base and issuing documentation. Chesters Hamilton is a busy close-knit team and there will be opportunities to get involved with all aspects of running a highly successful plumbing merchant. This is an active role, so we require a team member who is highly motivated, and physically fit and strong. Full training is available for the right person including assisting you to sit your class 2 license. Chesters Hamilton will value your can-do attitude above all else. There are excellent opportunities for advancement when you join the Chesters team! Chesters is looking for someone with the following: A full NZ Class 2 drivers license with the ability to drive manual (advantageous) Forklift License (advantageous) Previous experience in the same or similar position A can-do attitude A friendly people person who enjoys going the extra mile Excellent communication skills Strong attention to detail A team player with a great sense of humour Please note you will be required to complete a Ministry Of Justice Criminal Record Check for this role and you must have the legal right to work in New Zealand.
