About the role Chesters Plumbing and Bathroom are looking for a highly motivated Internal Trade Sales team member who is well organised, has a keen eye for detail, and the ability to juggle multiple jobs at once. In this role, you will be the cornerstone of our sales operations, assisting customers, managing orders, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. This exciting position is based at our Drury branch, supporting our Trade Sales team and awesome customers. This is a newly created role to support the branch and companies' growth. An overview of your day-to-day duties includes: Coordinating projects for plumbers, housing groups, and commercial clients, understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Collaborating closely with trade suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Providing support to Sales Representatives in the region. Engaging in every aspect of the customer journey, including preparing quotes, ordering products from suppliers, and arranging dispatch. The ideal Internal Trade Sales candidate: 5+ years plumbing industry experience is essential.
