Design System Library Creator Tait Communications is embarking on an exciting journey to develop a comprehensive design system. Initiated by our UX team, this project aims to establish a robust component library that will serve as the foundation for our design and development efforts. The duties of the role will include: We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Summer Student to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining a component library that includes buttons, icons, typography, colours , and more. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of documentation outlining best practices and usage guidelines for these components. You have the opportunity to gain experience in: Understanding complex architecture of industry application Life cycle of product design and implementation Gain hands-on experience in building and maintaining a design system library in Figma . If study has been completed, the closing date of your final semester should be less than 12 months ago Be studying science, technology, engineering, design or business at a New Zealand tertiary education institute Be legally permitted to work in New Zealand Not have undertaken more than two Experience Grant internships with the same business.
