Our Engagement Manager communicates and reiterates Thirdera’s unique approach to fulfilling our client commitments. As the primary point of contact for customer projects, the Engagement Manager ensures the highest level of customer satisfaction; coordinates, manages and ensures completion of all project tasks; and lead status calls, project meetings, and other client and stakeholder meetings to ensure project outcomes are successfully delivered. The Engagement Manager establishes customer requirement agreements, prepares deliverables, and leads teams to successfully deliver project scope, on budget, and to client satisfaction. The Engagement Manager provides critical, day-to-day support across project teams, the Thirdera cross-functional organization, and the client organization. We rely on the Engagement Manager to contribute to the growth of our company by building and improving existing methodologies, conducting internal training, and developing best practice improvements. Requirements: 5+ years of professional and project leadership experience 10-12 years of experience as an Engagement Manager / Project Manager role with ServiceNow (professional services experience preferred) Project estimation experience and Budget Management Ability to clearly communicate to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Proven project history maintaining high customer satisfaction in complex environments Strong history of problem solving Proficient with MS Office and other productivity and project management solutions Eligible to work FT for any employer in Canada Powered by JazzHR
