You'll ensure smooth onboarding, tackle technical challenges, and help users maximise the value of our customer's platforms. Your day-to-day will include responding to support queries, creating documentation, assisting with pre-sales, and working with the engineering team to relay customer feedback.This isn't your typical support role, it is about shaping the customer journey, driving innovation, and contributing to a dynamic startup atmosphere. You'll need hands-on experience with cloud platforms, servers, networks, and tools like Office 365.
