Are you a driven sales professional with a keen interest or passion for the automotive and tyre industry? We are on the hunt for an Assistant Branch Manager to join us in our Henderson store. At Tony`s Tyre and Auto Care we are dedicated to providing our customers with top-notch automotive services. The Role This is a busy role based within our Henderson store that will see you responsible for achieving store sales targets, managing stock, as well as ensuring staff are fully trained and performing to their best within their roles. As Health and Safety is a huge part of our business you must have a safety-first approach to work, making sure HSE policy and procedures are followed at all times, and your customer service skills will need to be second-to-none. To be successful you will need: A full, clean NZ Driver's License Good communication and customer service skills Proven sales experience and the ability to work as part of a team Previous experience working within the automotive or tyre industry, or a willingness to learn, as you will need to be across all roles within the store and comfortable working on the workshop floor We can offer you: A great work culture with ongoing support in the role Competitive pay rate of $65,000 - $70,000 Opportunities for career advancement and development Great staff discounts, benefits and buying privileges Please Note: As Tony's Tyres is committed to ensuring a safe and healthy work environment, you will be required to pass a pre-employment medical and drug test.
