Te Tūranga - The Role We have an exciting opportunity to join our Global Services team in a newly created role as Product Owner - Support Services. Based in our head office in Christchurch and reporting to the Services Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for developing, managing and optimising the portfolio of support product offerings that Tait offers. Working closely with the Services Portfolio Manager, you will drive the strategy, design and execution of our support service offerings to enhance customer satisfaction, increase revenue, and differentiate Tait in the global market. Key responsibilities will include: Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities in our target verticals. Collaborating with sales, marketing, and customer feedback sources to understand customer needs and pain points. Working closely with the region presales engineers and technical deployment teams to ensure successful implementation of new service products. Developing pricing strategies for support product offerings that maximize revenue while remaining competitive in the market. Ō Pūkenga - About You To be successful in this role, you will have: A proven track record of successfully developing and managing service products or support offerings. 5+ years' experience in a Product discipline (which includes a BA, Product Owner or Product Management), preferably in the technology or telecommunications industry. A strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in product management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence). Deep knowledge of the critical communication systems market and customer needs Strong financial acumen and ability to develop pricing strategies Ngā Painga - what's in it for you?
