About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for a Programme Administrator to join the Tait Systems team on a fixed-term basis from now until September 2025, covering a period of parental leave. This role is based in our central Auckland office. Reporting to the CEO, Tait Systems NZ, you will work closely with the Leadership team for Tait System NZ on a range of administrative tasks related to the PSN project, as well as support the day-to-day office management and onboarding of new employees. Your support services will be vital in keeping things running smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include: Coordination of presentations and material for CEO monthly Executive meetings. Organising, attending and participating in project meetings, organising actions and updates. Assist the Tait Systems NZ leadership team with the management of actions, issues, risks, and deliverables registers. Produce accurate and timely reports as directed. Administer the Document Management System (SharePoint) and Nexsys One and ensure that the document structure remains cohesive and well organised Managing the running of the Auckland office from coordinating IT matters to office facilities. Support with onboarding new starters including ensuring software and hardware and access are available from day one. Manage and book travel for the entire team getting the most efficient outcomes. About You We're looking for a professional, highly organized individual with the following skills: Previous experience in an executive assistant, office manager or project administrator type role would be preferred. Experience in the telecommunications industry preferred but not essential. Proficient in Microsoft (excel, powerpoint etc) and comfortable learning new systems. Highly professional demeanor with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Great organisational and time-management skills, with a focus on problem solving. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Adaptable and possess an ability to work with others and participate on cross-technology teams Collaborative approach and willing to help other team members and pitch where required. In addition to the above, we're looking for a proactive individual, able to take ownership of problems and develop solutions. Teamwork is also highly valued. We want individuals who bring energy and enthusiasm into the room, with a genuine desire to help others and be part of a team.
